I am and one of the customers cheated by snapdeal.com, I ordered a Blackberry Curve phone through it and was told that I will get it within 25 days but there was no response for first 30 days, When called again to cancel my order, I received the product just in 2 days. The product acutally was nowhere near to l a blackberry is known for.the case was broken within 48 hours as it slipped off my kid's hands.
I was surprised to see the build quality. This is the first blackberry which hangs very frequently. I kept using it despite all trouble because I spent 12000 bucks for this piece of shitt. Now after 4-5 months, Its battery has started draining like anything, lasts for only 2 - 2.5 hours when not in use.
