I ordereded for white foam pillow but I got a pillow which is stuffed with cardboard material .I bought it for a price of RS.450 by reading the specifications. But the pillow delivered to me did not match any of the specifications. The return taking is also very late as snapdeal has given return taking duty to private courier services. My friends also are there victims of snapdeal . They told me that they bought products thinking that branded products are coming for a low price but when they received the products it can be easily known that they are tampered products with fake brand. The app and the website are maintained properly but when it comes to reliability we cannot rely on the products as they will not be according to our specifications. Customer service is good as they responded very quickly and politely to my return and refund request. I got back the refund but I lot my, precious time because of this website
