I have been purchasing stuff online since the time when all these 'Online shopping' websites were new. Earlier snapdeal was not that good in the comparison with Flipkart and Amazon. Delivery time was like forever and used to deliver easy products in 15 days. But I must say they have improved their game a lot!
Recently I shopped some stuff 4-5 times and all of those orders were delivered within 3-4 days with very good packing.
Some things are still not that good like refund policy is not that polished and customer support takes a bit longer to resolve issues but still they are way better than some other e-retailers.
I'm satisfied for that they are finally selling genuine products with reasonably faster delivery. I hope they improve even more. : -)
