I had a mixed experience with snapdeal.I have shopped with snapdeal many time but experience is not so good as there customer support is not helpful not like amazon customer care as they go depth of problem.Snapdeal return policy is not good though I have not return any thing yet to them but my friends & neighbours says there returns policy very poor mainly in electronics items whenever you will purchase a mobile from them if you want to return it back they will ask you lots of question and after that they will say you visit nearest service center.Snapdeal also does not give any huge discount compare to amazon or flipkart.So I prefer first amazon, flipkart then snapdeal.
