I had ordered tripod online from Snapdeal & made online payment.


Estimated delivery time showed was 3 to 4 days.


I kept on tracking the shipment from 3rd day onwards but to my surprice on 4th day it showed that item lost in transit! I mean seriously? can item be lost in transit, was it such a small item to lose?


Hoe can it be lost in transit if its delivered from snapdeal warehouse?


I called their customer care center, where in they apologized and told to refun my modey as they cannot further support me on the tripod delivery.


I had to take refund & buy it from ebay then.


Really disappointed with their service.  They need to learn from amazon & flipkart on delivering to their promise.
