Hello frds, My all over experience was very bad. I have ordered a mens jeans and got the delivery in 7 days but the product I received was a womens jeans and as I am not available my father made the cash payment to the courier guy. From that particular moment my hell experience with snaldeal begins. I registered a complaint with their customer care department on the same day but I have not received any further communication from their end.also I did contect to the customer care no.
At last I have sent them the wrong product received by return courier. Their manager who was handling my complaint was not bothered to reply on my calls and text messages.i m really irritated with them.never go with snapdeal.
