I had ordered Gionee Elife E7 black colour from Snapdeal.com on 7th June 2014. Received the product on 13th June 2014. But it was a White colour variant. I called Snapdeal regarding this they were ready to take the product back and send me the black colour but instead I choose to keep the white one (I just wanted them to know). Later within 48 hrs the screen developed the problem and there was a Blue patch on the screen.
I immediately informed Snapdeal about this. They started the return process and within 2-3 days the product was picked up. Product got delivered to snapdeal on 24th June 2014. I was told they will immediately check for problem and start the refund procedure. But even after 4 days of receiving the product they have not started the refund procedure.
When I called the costumer care they say "Your request has been forwarded to the concern department and you will here from us within 48 hrs." other reply is "The process has already began" But when asked about the confirmation of the same. Costumer care was not able to answer. I really like shopping at Snapdeal. They have solved earlier issues immediately.
