Snapdeal emerges as one of the leading online marketong website.Earlier it was going good providing decent services but from the past few or 12 months its shift its focus from customer to marketing or profit.
Detailing of product is not good does not provide much and clear pictures unlike flipkart from different viewonh angles.Sometimes it is very difficult to judge the product not only this for many electronic products specification they provide is completely wrong. No easy returns as a customer it will be nightmare for u if you recieve any defective product .Takes lot of time to return and refund the amount.Delivery is worst as far as my experience is concerned most of times they are not able to deliver till the commitment date.
Summary
poor delivery and customer care service.
product detailing is poor and some time wrong as well.
sometimes offer best price but I recomment go for some other like flipkart and amazon if the difference is not too high.
