I ordered a product for the first time from snapdeal and I was eagerly waiting for it to be delivered but it was not delivered. Once I started following up through email and calls I was told they would work on it and resolve the issue on a priority basis.
However one fine day I get an email saying they are going ahead with cancelling the order!!!! I was left wondering.Why do they list the product on their website if they cant deliver it? How can they cancel the order without even informing me beforehand? Surprising!
