Hello guys I ordered a basketball which should be delivered in one week but it took 10 days to be delivered.
whenever I contact them and tell my problem that why I am not getting my product on time they tell me that sir our delivery boy has gone to your house but at that you were not at your home. totally lied, I was at my home only, they delayed the delivery.
After getting my product I thought that let's leave all that happened before, but by seeing the packaging I got angry because the packaging was so bad. By seeing that packaging anyone can say that it was left over for about one months in a corner as a waste.
The product was in good condition but the packaging was worst.
So, if you are thinking of buying any product from Snapdeal please be sure that are you buying product from a good online store or not.
