I HAD ORDERED AN ITEM THROUGH SNAPDEAL ON 11 APRIL 2017. BUT THE WORST PART COMES DURING DELIVERY TIME.
ITEM WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER AT CHANDANAGAR, HYDERABAD. I HAD RECEIVED SMS ON 17 APRIL 2017 WITH COURIER GUY'S CONTACT NO, STATING I WOULD RECEIVE THE ITEM BY TODAY. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM AND WHEN I CALLED TO DELIVERY GUY, HE WAS NOT RECEIVING MY CALL. END OF THE DAY I RECEVIED ANOTHER SMS FROM SNAPDAEL STATING I MISSED TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL AND I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY DATE.
OK FINE, I RESCHEDULE FOR NEXT DAY THATS 18 APRIL 2017. ON NEXT DAY I RECEIVED THE SAME SMS FROM SNAPDEAL WITH SAME COURIER GUY'S CONTACT NO AND STATING TODAY IS THE DELIVERY. BUT TODAYS ALSO I DID NOT RECEVING MY PARCEL AND COURIER GUY WAS NOT ATTENDING MY CALL . SO ALL MY DAY GONE WAITING FOR THE PARCEL.
I THOUGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS. BUT THE COUSTOMER SERVICE NO- 09212692126, IS ALSO NO USE, AS IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY OPTION TO REACH TO THE EXECUTIVE.
I FELT VERY HELPLESS AS SNAPDEAL DEALS IN VIRTUAL BUSINESS AND NO POINT OF CONTACT. THERE IS NO WAY I COULD COMPLAIN ABOUT THE COURIER SERVICE OR THE COURIER GUY.
