I used snapdeal for the first time & I am highly disappointed with service provided.I ordered Vendee Beauty Brass Set(jewellery) Order ID is 192842759 on 18th october 2011 and I received it on 24th october 2011 but one of the earrings was tampered. The image that they had on the website of the product looked very flamboyant and beautiful but when I saw the product in real, it looked shabby and very cheap. I was shocked to see the difference between the image I saw on the website and the product in real I immediately called your customer care reported the matter and I am told that it will be replaced within 6-7 days & I am told that I will get a call from there side regarding the issue. I have purchased alot of other items from fashion and you and yebhi.com . But snapdeal.com and naaptol.com gave me a nightmare. For me first impression is the last impression and I am feeling cheated at the moment so I dont think I would use snapdeal in the future be it for buying any products or any coupons. Its no deal from snapdeal for me.
