Hello friends.I am reviewing about snapdeal.I mostly used to do my shopping online.I had the worst experience this time and that was also with snapdeal.I recently ordered a 3 piece sofa set.firstly the product was delivered in exactly 1 month time.and it has been 6 days that I received the product.but till now it is kept like that as till now it has not been installed.and according to the company polices they say that within 3 days after delivery they will install the product.and when 2 days back I called at the customer care.and asked for installation.the executive told me that the installation is chargeable.although on call itself I sended him a screenshot in which it is clearly mentioned regarding free installation.then he asked me to wait for 24 hours for a response from our backend team.still waiting for the installtion.did not recieved any resolution till now.completely fed up.and by god will never go with this site to shop online.and also won't recommend this.
