I ordered Raves Rust and White Sweatshirt two times with order numbers 726357160. Two times wrong product has been sent as enclosed in the attachment. Two times courier guy showed frustration to pack the product under reverse pickup. Third time I ordered white sweat shirt with order number 785484836.


Before placing an order I had raised ticket to confirm the size M, didn't reply for 2 days. I called customer support guy and he confirmed that size M is nothing but its 40. After placing an order, I got a reply to that email that only 42 is available in white sweatshirt that has been ordered. After sending product back to snap deal, one person called and conveyed that I will be getting reimbursement in the form of SD Cash which is under ‘My Account’ in snapdeal.com.


Fourth time I had ordered Sony 8GB white pen drive, First Flight courier guy was not having any change and conveyed that he will come next day. Next day they had sent a reply that product had been returned to origin and told me to place another order. I placed order again and conveyed that On December 7th 2012 I can’t collect as we have Team Outing in office.


Courier guy called on December 7th 2012 to deliver the product and I told him to come on 10th December 2012.Shockingly snap deal customer support replied that product has been sent back to origin and can’t place new product as product is out of order now. But on December 10th 2012, First Flight courier has come and delivered the product.


Customer can utilize that ‘SD Cash’ while buying other products in snapdeal.com, but got vexed with snapdeal.com service. So I asked that person to return my amount in the form of cheque, he told that it’s not possible. I conveyed him clearly that if cheque has not provided, I will be going to customer court as I had saved all the emails in my box.


Finally after long struggle, he had sent me the cheque. Guys my suggestion is if you want to leave your office work and ready to undergo Mental Torture, then you can place an order in snapdeal.com
