I have ordered a Microwave from Snapdeal and was scheduled to be delivered on 5th of Nov saturday through Bluedart. On the same afternoon I got a message from Bluedart that my shipment is on hold while got a message from Snapdeal on the same evening that "bluedart is attempted to deliver at my premise and no one was available". That is a fake excuse from snapdeal and I was available through out the day. The staus of Snapdeal and Bluedart is also not same.
