I bought JBL SB350 from Snapdeal. The process of buying and information on the purchase through delivery is verry good. But I got a non working subwoofer. Snapdeal make the return process easy. I got the reverse pickup and refund smoothly.
Want to give 5stars for the customer care process and Issue resolving. I would have appreciated if they test the product before delivery.
