Once I made a purchase of three items of Order no: 4357131677 and other duplicate order no: 4357474924 when transaction failed. Upon multiple requests to cancel one order
snapdeal cancelled two items from each order were refunded, but third item: online study of vedic mathematics was charged twice.
After 3 days of my purchase I got email two times to generate password and use. I neither generated login credentials or tried to login as problem was not resolved. When I directly contacted Seller, he says only one order was processed under that email, and for duplicate charged, contact snapdeal, as they are authorized to refund. Snapdeal arrogantly and irresponsibily said, as two emails are sent so product is delivered and matter is closed. Such is the bad response and reply from worst and
dirty service of snapdeal.
After fighting for above 10 months, I launched complaint in Consumer Forum. Though Consumer Forum also gave justice by ordering to refund and pay fine, yet snapdeal does not want to respond. Even after contacting many times, their response is very poor and irresponsible.
