I have been shopping online for almost more than 2 years and this is my second worst experience after allschoolstuff.com. BTW allschoolstuff is shut now. Below are my experiences.
Delivery takes too long a time compared other portals that maintain certain standards such as Flipkart, ebay, Amazon etc.
These guys use some courier services that are unheard of. Tracking is very difficult as you just cant reach the courier guys in anyway. Their websites and phone numbers dont work(Ewings), RedExpress just dont respond.
Even the Snapdeal takes too long to respond to your queries on email, even the customer care number just disconnects in the middle of the call even before somebody answers your call.
I have decided to not to buy anything from Snapdeal anymore no matter how big is the discount, if there is no reliability I just dont believe that. Thanks.
