I Took membership in month of March for 3 months and one month I got free as offer was running and after one week or so because of covid 19 gym was closed and post lockdown for 21 days and after wards as well gym remained closed.


Now they are not extending my membership nor refunding my amount.


kaggadaspura Branch from where I took membership and it was nearest branch but it's showing temporarily closed in Google and no one answering phone call.whereas all other branches of snap fitness are operational.


I gave them 6000 rs and not used gym as it was closed because of covid 19 . I asked them to refund amount they declined and then I forwarded email to customer support and respective branch and post which today that is 31aug 2020 I called Mr Ramesh head of kaggadaspura branch from where I took membership and that person was shouting over call and was using abusive language and I believe this is not way to talk to a lady customer.


They are cheaters. Looting customers.


Taking advantage of covid 19


Big escalation on kaggadaspura branch and manager mr Ramesh who was torturing me over call.


They don't understand it's not safe for customer to use gym and if customer has not used gym because of national crisis they should refund amount but they got chance to loot customer and


And till now there is no revert from customer
