Non adherence to committments

Review On SMR Builder, Hyderabad

I have got a flat booked in SMR Vinay Galaxy in Bangalore last year. They have still not met the delivery commitments and it seems that it will get extended by another year.

There is a tendency to divide and rule as different clients have been committed different dates of deliveries. All the agreements made are different and depends on the knowledge of the clients.

They will talk sweet, show courtesy and treat you as king when you go for booking. However once you become their clients, they will simply look to grab max money without any work movements. Seems that they start new ventures by transferring money from the ongoing projects.

Will update after 6 months as per the status. However would advise caution before going to this builder.
