However, your team is now insisting on a 50% reduction in the replacement cost, which is unacceptable. The sagging mattress has led to severe health issues, and we have spent thousands on physiotherapy treatments.I request immediate action to honor the original warranty terms and provide a full replacement of the mattress. Please find attached all necessary documents, including purchase receipts, warranty details, photographs of the sagging mattress, and medical bills.If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to consumer protection agencies and seek legal advice.Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.
