I purchased 2 sleepwell utsav mattresses direct from sheela foams Ltd.
Unfortunately I never knew the company sells cheap low quality products which lasts hardly
1 year as against their claim of 7 years and a free replacement if quality is defective.
My old age mother was using it . She started complaining about hip and leg pain. We did not realize it's the sleepwell mattress.
After extensive tests and scanning, the doctor advised to check the bed.
There we realized, lumps and sand bag hardness were being felt throughout the bed.
A complaint registered and a fellow came unwillingly to inspect.
He suggested replacement and took up photos and bills promising replacement.
Next day the company refuses to replace and says the bed is ok and warranty is over 2 months ago. I.e 2 years passed.
How the deceive innocent customers and selling low quality products.
