I have contacted care@thesleepcompany.in via email, and they have informed me that the manufacturer’s warranty is only applicable within 10 days of purchase. However, I could not find any 10 mention of this policy on the website. Additionally, when I initially inquired about the warranty and 100-day trial policy when I received the product invoice, I not received a response,
I also reached out to the shop where I made the purchase, and they informed me that they have escalated the issue to the next level.
Till now no solution. I have escalated till 3rd level no response.
