Hi, I work in virtual environment, so I need to chat, voice chat or video call with others, so for this reason I do use Skype, its great tool for setting up communication Chanel, You can do video call with your relatives as well, its is very easy to use, easy to install.
You need internet connection in order to use Skype, web app is also available so you use from mobile as well.
I am web developer and my clients out of India, so they communicate with me via skype.
Some dislikes:
They update lots, so now these day skype little bit heavy and slow.
If internet connection is slow then it creates issues in video call.
My recommendations:
I recommend to those who have to work virtually, skype is popular and good to call.
