I got a skullcandy headset from paytm. Suddenly the right side started to misbehave and stopped working.
When asked for service, the service guy at Mumbai outlets says since it was brought online you need to send to send it to noida office at your own cost. Further he even mentions that if we feel the claim legitimate we will honor it!
