I had ordered a skullcandy headset, back in April 2015. I used it for like 1 month and 1 side of the headset stopped working.
When I contacted them, they said they cannot help and I have to take it to the service center in Mumbai. After days of continiously calling them, they finally pickup my phone. Just to say paytm has given you a wrong number now call on another number
Is this the support you provide? On calling the other number the guy spoke lethargically with me and said, send it to noida, if we receive your product, we will dispatch it from here. Shoudnt you have a back delivery mechanism?
