First vijay iz a student in ghilli, who does not care about his studies at all..then vijay is a vegetable seller in maduray, then he is a blacksmith in thirupachi...and now he is a mechanic in sivakasi.......and in all his movies,... He has the same usual style. Punchline dialogues, songs glorifying hero . .. dance with energy, fight with enthusiasm and love with mischief
if vijay continues to do this..there is a good chance that people will start hating him....because his typecast ccharacters are..generally...annoying...
vijay is a gifted actor but he does not use this gift...at ALL!!!
the story is dull like stale sambar... vijay is a mechanic..asin comes by one day in a tank top and skirt...a guy makes a pass at her....vijay bashes him up...he starts with his annoying speech..about how asin is wearing a underwear or jetti and a bra...and she should wear a sari ...whateverr.....why the hell will you care if a stranger is wearing a skirt and a tank top...?????
and in the Deepavali song, asin is wearing a tank top...??
asin falls in love with vijay for some strange eccentric reasons..they decide to marry....asin gets angry at vijay and asks him if he knowz the word ''family'' vijay slaps asin..and it was kinda funny when she fell on the floor after the slap...
then vijay says his story... which is he has to take on his greedy, slimy brother (Prakash Raj). The brother is so sinister that he doesn't even baulk at using his mother (Geetha) as a pawn. The hero, who lives in the Renganathan Street in Chennai ( GK’s art really brings this street alive), comes to Sivakasi and mauls his brother and his political acolytes.
i stopped the movie after the nayanthara song...cuz u knoe what the hell is gonna happen next.....
the only good thinng about this weak movie is prakash raj..although there are some shades of gilli in his character, he is still dignified!
where the hell did they get that overacting, idiot lady from?????????
asin has nothing much to do...she jus proved that she is jus like trisha
nayanthara comes for a song..which passes muster!
comedy is not that good..
vijay has to stop doing these annoying characters because it will seriously ruin his career!
perarasu should stop being a director..and should be a cleaner in a hotel!
