I have booked the flight on 05 June 08 for Hyderabad to Goa & got that canceled next day 06 June. They have deducted Rs 750 per passenger( in my case we were 2 so 750 x 2= 1500)+ some charges which is arnd 300-400.
After the deduction of approx Rs 2000 they owe Rs 4000 approx to be refunded to me within 14 working days as per company policies. Its almost 2 months now( am writing on 26 July 08) and I haven't got the money.
If you call up to there call center they will extend the date by 4 days or 1 week. I am doing this from last 2 months.
Recently they told me that there refund process is manual and that's the reason. If you argue they will refer you a person name Eshwar in Bangalore refund department who is reachable @ 080-41584062, 5082 / eshwar.c@airdeccan.net . But of no help as I didn't got thru the numbers and haven't got any reply thru mail .

one day of my decision to cancel the tickets they charged me Rs 2000 & what if they haven't paid the money from last 2 months. Will they pay me full money which is Rs 4000+ Rs 2000+ Interest or incidental charges?
I need you all to know how air Deccan doing with there refunds.
Is there any way I can file a suit against them with ease
