I had applied for SIFY broadband connection **more than one year back**. I had made the payment as well. But I never got connection. Everytime I call their customer care, I get a new complaint ID and they say that they will look into the matter which never happens.
When I call their customer care, my call gets routed through atleast 6-7 persons before I could reach to correct person. Everytime I need to give all the details to them as they won't find any track of previous complaints. I would have spent more money on phone call to them that what I had paid them for connection.
They are not even giving any refund as I no longer need connection from them (who will need it after waiting for one year? I have already got connection from different provider.). I suggest you all not to go for SIFY. They are just **bunch of cheats**.
