Every science lover knows this writer "Isaac Asimov". This book was written approximately 40 years ago. Although he was trained as chemist but his passion in science made him great writer of all science subjects.
At that time biology was not at the advance level but this book still remains as the best informative in biology. It's an old book containing the historical records of facts and discoveries made by the scientist and also the evolutionary process.
The book provides the best introduction to biology and we got to know about the simple concepts of biology. Each concepts is not given in the detailed but we'll get the idea and understand them in the very first reading!., the language used in this book is very simple and therefore its readability is good. Asimov had given the best explanation of evolution of biological science.
