I have recently purchased mobile from India times shopping on Jan 8. While connecting battery with phone, its vibrating hard. I raised complaint twice and saying that they will respond in 24 Hrs. And even getting calls, they say it's a manufacture defect and cant be replaced and asking me to call service centres of forme product. I'm fighting with them for Justice. Very poor Service!
