I ordered two items to indiatimes.com on January 2013 through hdfc emi 6 month. Later I cancelled it after 1 day due to some reason. I dalled them on their customer care No. (9024666666) that I don't want it.
They told me please, and refused to take the product. They told me when the delivery men would come to your home, I did the same. By then I called on their customer care number several times but all in vain. After 4 months, I received a call from them one Mr.Mahi spoke to me that you ordered through HDFC EMI 6 month, so after 6 month you will get your money as a refund.
But after 6 month I got only one product's refund (Sony DVD PLAYER). I called to their customer care one time they said that your second product was not cancelled and second time they said that your has been delivered.
When I called them that the product has not been delivered to me, then they said our courier partner FIRST FLIGHT has been stopped for further service, and we asked to FIRST FLIGHT that they show us receipt slip but again when I called them they give me excuses.
What should I do I am very disappointed with Indiatimes.com response? Plz help me.

1.SONY DVD PLAYER - I received my refunded amount.
- PEGEON INDUCTION COOKTOP - I have not received either money or product.
