Surfing sites regularly over a period of time one looses interest in them for the simple reason that content is not getting updated or it is not user driven, but there is one exception to this list that is rediff.com
This site has got the perfect blend of content (which is user driven), stable technology (IBM Net.Commerce) and right vision (business strategies).
