I purchased some car accessories via order number 8289809. First the products delivered were all incorrect. Best part was that the delivery paper delivered along with the parcel which states what I ordered correctly!
(1) Customer service is non-existent. Best of luck if you can even reach a customer service executive on their helpline. I tried 3 days consecutively, wasted loads of talk time. Sent them an email. Got a reply after 2 weeks!
(2) They have no rating system for their sellers making it difficult for buyers to see how sellers fare on other orders.
(3) There is no proper policy of guaranteeing your product delivery or return policy.
(4) Sellers are the worst. You try calling them directly but again you will reach a dead end!
Overall worst shopping experience ever! Do not buy from this website even if you get a 50% discount over any other website. You will rue the day. Believe me!
