One of the worst shopping website because it sells duplicate product to customer and customer support is also very bad.Once I had purchased a citizen calculator instead of sending a orginal one they had sended me a duplicate chinese calculator even after complaining to there customer support they did not respond properly nor they replace the product same thing happened with hair straightner which got damaged during transit but nothing happened.if you are interested in buying duplicate products at less price then you could try shopclue once but be aware once money is gone you cannot take from them anyway.Shopclue is not like amazon or flipkart that they will return or replace the product.So my suggestion is that try to avoid shoplclue if you are purchasing a costly item.
