I have very bad experience with shopclues.com.I have ordered a product from shop clues.com.But I am very much upset with the service and facilities provided by this website.
Even their mobile application and website is not well designed to use.If I talk about the quality of the product, I ordered a headphone from shopclues.com but I found the product damaged.The left side speaker of headphone is not working.I was unable to hear any sound in this side.I am also not satisfied with its customer service.I tried to contact to customer care after many attempts they picked up my call but they completely refused to return my product and talked very rudely.so my suggestion is that don't buy any product from this site.
