I ordered sony mbr xb450ap HEAD PHONE through shopclues I think that was biggest wrong thought of my life I ordered this product on 15th august 2016 they delivered after five days product was broken so I go for return request on site the worst site I ever used for shopping there is no return request option and they didn't no that the product is delivered there was date of 23rd of aug date so I waited for that but nothing is changed so 25th aug I called them and did a return request remember there is 10 days replacement policy and I waited for 48 hours as they said to but nothing is happened and called them at least 15 times nothing happened I mail them 10 times nothing is did by them except 1 thing that wait for 48 hours whenever I call up and one more thing product is not as in original FAKE PRODUCT
