I had placed order on shopclues as a gift someone. I had booked by paying full amount. After 10days they cancelled the order starting that book is not available. However on their vandor website, the book was show as available. Inspite of repeated request, they failed to offer any explanation. No ethics, no morality, no responsibility. Not even an iota of customer focus. They just started that the seller has cancelled the order. They just stated that the seller has cancelled the order. They have no iota of responsibility, no commitment to customer, no customer focus, no ethics. I think that this must be their modus operandi for making money. A large proportion of orders are cancelled by them with the flimsy reason that books are not available. They rotate the poor customer money and this is provides them good working capital. Please do not do business with such companies. Really disappointed.
