I got attracted to this website because of the discounts offered on the products but later I repented for doing so. My first order on this website was a bedsheet .I ordered for one bedsheet but they sent a different bedsheet with a totally different color and design. . When I raised a query regarding it they said that you are sent what you have ordered only.
My second order is a gas stove which is automated.I received the gas stove after 15 days of order that too in a fully broken condition.I applied for return and I got my amount refund after 2 months of continuous follow up. By this we can understand that the customer service is horrible. The product is not good and not as mentioned in the description. The delivery time is long and for one order the delivery man refused to bring the product till our house, he requested us to come to the office and take the product. By all the bad experiences I had from this website I decided not to use this app anymore . So I uninstalled it and I decided to never rely on it anymore
