Hello
I recently was interested in buying hair straightener so I was surfing the web for it.I came across shopclues as they had the product which I want and was available at best price so I ordered it. But due to some reason I cancelled the product but shopclues knowing that I have cancelled the order delivered it to me I some how accepted the product but I found it to be defective.i complined I to shopclues but still now no action has been takebn.
I think it is the worst online shopping app I have purchased goods from.
