POOR SERVICE. Review on Shopclues

I ordered two products from the above shopclues.com .  No.1 is a wrist watch and one more is Amway nutralite  daily.  At the time of ordering itself I very clearly instructed the company that I will not be in station and requested them to deliver the products on 1st of Jan 2018, but the company people send the products on 29th itself and meanwhile the delivery person called me and I expressed my inability and requested him to deliver on 1st.  But to my surprise they never delivered the products till 5th and the two products were gone to two different delivery person.  The wristwatch delivery fellow demanded me that I should travel 4 km from my office and house and took the delivery and he overcharged to an extent of Rs.10/- and the other fellow who was supposed to deliver never called me after that and it went back to the company on 19/01/2018. I was trying to reach them but no use.  Finally, I was totally disappointed with the service and my valuable time also l lost because of shopclues.com.  unlike Amazon and flipchart I expected good and prompt delivery and service from Shopclues, but they never kept their promise and I do not recommend this online company for any purchases  Beware of this company
