I purchased a Voltas AC 1.5 split. Received a damaged product in fact it was a refurbished product being sold as new.(see video) and pics.
But the most annoying part is the shitty customer service they have all they supervisors and managers are crap, constantly when you call, they tell you that their systems are being updated to call after 2hrs. DO NOT BUY ON SHOP CLUES you will suffer if you get a damaged product as their return process is the worst part.
Its is very very disappointing when you have to wait, then you see its a damaged product, then you again wait for the whole return process, which by the way is not clear at all.
DO NOT BUY ON SHOPCLUES AT ALL IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY
