I have placed a Order 2016-01-30-078311 to purchase 2 VLCC Diamond Facial Dhamaka Kit https://shopcj.com/mall/disp/itemInfo.htm?itemCode=143987
My made payment via credit card for complete amount of Rs 2547.00
The produce which was delivered was WRONG. Instead of 6 facial kit we got 3 facial kits, instead of 2 Diamond bleach, we were given just 1.
It is a clear face of CHEATING.
We immediately raised complaint to REFUND the product.
TILL TODAY, we have called more than 10 TIMES to CUSTOMER CARE of SHOPCJ.
Every time we hear just 1 thing: Backend office will call or backend person were not able to reach you.
This is a clear case where we were made fool and there is no intention to refund the money.
AVOID this SITE.
ALWAYS place CASH on DELIVERY, check the PRODUCT and then pay.
Then should learn from AMAzon, paytm, flipkart and snapdeal(all 4 are reliable sites)
