I register on shine.com but I think its not good it always send bpo and kpo job even if we apply for technical post . and some job are paid means we should pay for the interview .compare to other online job portal according to me it is not suitable it is good only for kpo and bpo jobs .if we want to submit our resume for technical post don't submit our resume on shine.com because it always consider for bpo jobs.
