Recently after college final get together we friends thought of having a final night plan. So we came to vasai and decided to go to sheetal samudra Mini goa for a night party. We all friends almost count of 35 person booked room for a night at this resort for Rs-400/people for room.
As my friends were having their drinks we ordered various food dishes but not receiving it for than 30 minutes me and friend visited their kitchen and shocked to see the condition of kitchen.
Cockroach roaming under their table were utensils were stored also table used to cut chicken was filled with dust and oil spilled while preparing other dishes. Also, they gave us common room for stay which was not cleaned filled with water at corners and under the beds.
Also, lizards were roaming in our room walls and cockroaches in the toilet. Also, the washroom and toilet were smelling dirty.
So we decided to stay in garden outside seeing the level of cleanliness they maintained. In morning we thought of having fun in their pool but their pool was filled with water having some unpleasant smell.Also water was having dust, leaves and food wrappers.
So we told them to clean the water but they told it will take almost 3 hours to clean.
Then we decided to leave this place after having breakfast with tea.
We Ordered them poha and tea after 45 minutes of order we received poha which were tasteless.Tea served was like having tea made in water not in milk.According to charges charged for breakfast and food I would say waste of money.
They are not bothered regarding the hygiene of their kitchen area nor their cooking utensils.
