Converted resident account to NRI account with Sharekhan Jayanagar Branch working with Ajay Kalra.
Account activated but couldn't access as the system was not recognizing my login ID. After several mails to Sharekhan(SLTD=003-043-769) got to know that my account was deactivated as Ajay never forwarded the Letter of Authority that was given to him to process my account itself and then started the pathetic support service.
Several reminders sent and no one at Sharekhan are responding. Their NRI customer service has been taken down for some reason and the normal call centre puts me onto IVRS for more than 20 mins everytime. Ajay has stopped taking my calls and now am struck with their pathetic customer care to have this resolved.
