I had once ordered an item from Shambhu's and I was so largely disappointed that I would prefer ordering from a laariwala than having ordered any food from Shambhu's.
First of all the delivery is too late inspite of being just few blocks away and then the basic sandwich ordered is stale and very dry. Also they end up mixing orders and when you ask them to get the right order they are just too rude! Absolutely no sense of customer service.
If you really want to have a good snack especially after long office hours/college lectures, don't ever go for Shambhu's. Its just their brand name but very poor service that it spoils your taste as well as your day! :(
