I have ordered some products from Nykaa and the payment mode was Cash on delivery. On 22.10.24 the delivery came through Shadowfax and while paying first payment got dismissed so my mother paid again, didn't notice that previous payment has been successfully received. But the next day I noticed that the amount is debited twice. So I contacted Shadowfax through mail and feedback website but they are just raising queries and nothing happening after that. Till now none can answer me that the refund will be done or not or how, what is the process. Irresponsible behaviour from their part.
