I am writing this review with very sad feeling because My experience with it is really bad. I have created my brother's profile some months ago. One of my friend suggested me this website. but later on I realise that it is not up to the mark.
Service and Support:
Very bad, whenever I called him for some grievances they are just fooling me. They don't provide required solution.
Information And Content:
As I said the content of website is not verified. So it is very difficult to rely on what they provided.
Website Interface:
is it user friendly? Not really, sometimes we faces problems in Shadi.Com App.
why it is bad? Why I am saying this, I want to explain with some points;
Lots of Fake profiles are there. They are not verifying the information. Anyone can sign up easily with false information.
Their service is very bad. Their representatives are not able to solve my queries.
After subscribing their Premium service, they are not providing assured benefits.
So, I would not recommend it. They needs lots of improvements.
