I had been to serenas beauty salon last month for a hair cut and face massage but I had a terrible experience with them. The haircut they gave after my several instructions was no where similar and I had to literally shout at the person for messing with my hair. He was not professional enough and I feel he was hired from a local barber shop under tree. He didnt had the courtesy to even apologise and kept bragging about his past work. I will never visit this salon again.
